Linear Power Supply

Leading Power Electronics company provides a series of DC power supplies to the industry in a wide range of power applications using various structures. These power supplies put semiconductor elements such as BJT, MOSFET, IGBT in their linear region and by changing their point of operation, they control output and regulate it. The most important advantage of the DC linear supply sources in comparison with switching power supplies is the non-switching and ultimately the operation without producing any noise or electromagnetic interference, and can be used for such applications in noise-sensitive applications such as telecommunication equipment. These structures have a variety of mechanical appearance, including resin embedded boards, stacks of stands and racks, portable structures and custom modes for limited space applications. The control structure of the above resources can be controlled in closed loop for providing constant voltage, constant current or constant power mode so that changes in load and input voltage and other parameters of the converter in the output domain are not changed. Leading Power Electronics’s DC supplies up to 20 kW, with robust structure for long term operation and reliable performance against severe noise, humidity and noise related issues and EMI. One of the applications of the above sources for use as laboratory power supplies, audio amplifiers, instrumentation labs, and various industrial testers. It should be noted that linear power supplies can also be used in AC output mode (linear inverter). According to the customer’s requirements, it can be customized to design the desired structure in terms of electrical and mechanical characteristics with the ability to program the output for a particular waveform.
