Leading Power Electronics company has designed and implemented a complete range of high voltage modular laboratory equipment for use in research and development labs, quality control and research equipment of high-voltage industries, AC, DC and Impulse. In these laboratories, using AC and DC circuits and AC voltage modulators, it is possible to produce AC voltage up to 200 kV and DC voltage of 300 kV under 100 mA and also a pulse voltage up to 1 MV. Since some of the above laboratories use switching techniques, their volume and weight are far less portable than the sample. These structures have a variety of mechanical appearance, including stacks, racks, industrial boards, portable structures and custom modes for limited space applications. The control structure of the above resources can be closed loop in a form of constant voltage or constant current mode so that changes in load and input voltage and other parameters of the converter in the output domain will not cause an error. Leading Power Electronics  company’s high-voltage labs can be used from several watts up to several tens of KW and have a robust structure for long term operation and reliable performance against severe noise, humidity and noise related issues and EMI. Some applications of these structures for use in high-pressure tests of high-strength cables and capacitors, pressure test of high-voltage insulators, partial discharge test, testing on distribution equipment and testing of insulation strength on oils Industrial. According to the customer’s requirements, it can be customized to design the desired structure in terms of electrical and mechanical characteristics with the ability to program the output for a particular waveform.
